Yes she is bland. She doesn't move the plot forward and if she gets screen time, she will be spouting Naruto-kun. Not even Part 2 Sakura's obession with Sasuke was as bad as this.

You couldn't have two successful clones on the same team. It was either him or Boruto who would have to take the Ls.
