Not gonna happen, she's just a side character to provide a different point of Naruto since the beginning. Sakura is much more in line for new Power-Ups (but she's not getting any, as these are probably the last power ups we're seeing, next the only thing we get is fusion, power passage with NaruSasu kind of things).
