Is Hinata really still a Chūnin?

Only sasuke is still genin, Naruto has achieved the rank of Kage.

It was stated in Naruto shippuden that everyone either became Chuunin and Jounin except for Sasuke and Naruto. As for Naruto he is no longer a genin but a full Hokage. I wonder what official rank Sasuke is at.
