I think the twin dragons is filler though and the banana fan is evaded... I think.

That's not canon.

The banana fan is also irreleveant because:

1.Hinata can see the Chakra build up
2.Tenten gets like 3 swings out of it, with each one being worse and worse
3.The Mask monsters have no durability/reflex/speed feats to gauge how powerful Tenten's attacks even are.
4.Hinata's reflexes w/o Byakugan are better than Sakura's, w/ Byakugan would be far better.
5.And most importantly, Gentle Fist > Chakra elements
