But to answer your question, how do we know? Almost all the guys (main characters anyway, not background parents and such) seem to be asexual minus Naruto, Jiraiya, Obito, the Third Hokage, and Ebisu (and probably a few others I can't think of.) The only times we've seen any feelings towards someone else is a girl towards a guy.

from what i ve seen so far (manga+anime)
NV people consider Ino an Sakura the prettiest, hinata third, then ten ten (young girls)
when it comes to adults, tsunade konan and mei are the top ranked.
