Is hinata anywhere On par with Neji?

Hinata has grown up and matured drastically compared to part 1 hinata. She Has more confidence and More power than ever and She has been shown to do many things in this war.

So my question is, Do you think She's on par with Neji. [The true Hyuuga King]

Hinata's improved a lot and is a respectable Jōnin, but Neji was a special brand of genius. He had mastered the 64 palms as a child without a teacher. She still has a long way to go to compete the Hyūga prodigy, who himself was already competing with Hiashi (though Hiashi was still stronger due to much, much more experience/practice.)

If Hinata continues to get panel time, maybe in ten chapters can we say without a doubt she is equal to Neji.

But I personally believe that Neji still remains as the Byakugan master in this series.
