Yes she was probably the youngest, however it was said that Itachi mastered his Sharingan at the age of 8. So we don't know when he activated his Doujutsu. But given his prodigy status, he probably activated the the Sharingan with 3T already xD

I think it was stated somewhere that Sasuke was the youngest to awaken the Sharingan. When Itachi hit him with Tsukuyomi and showed him his parents and clan's murder it awakened. He was like 6 or 7.

Itachi mastered it at 8 but he may have well also awakened it at 8. We just aren't sure.

Himawari was like what 5 or 6 so for her generation (and maybe the others too) she seems to be the youngest.

How old exactly is Himawari again? People seem to be forgetting Hanabi who was 7 in part 1 and already a good user of Byakugan which implies she had had it for enough time to practice it so she probably got hers around 5-6.

Yeah the cake read 7, and the One shot takes place before that.

She would be like 3-4 in the one shot.

Makes sense since she is pretty tiny in the oneshot. So she activated it at 3-4 years old which would indeed make her the youngest.
