It could be a coincidence. It's just a shirt but it may have meaning. The most obvious connection between them is Hagoromo Otsutsuki.

Six Paths chakra...
We are witnessing the passing on of the six paths power.
The question I want answered is was she born with 9t chakra?
The symbol on her shirt seems to be a hint of her and Sarada having a synergy.
My first guess is that one Sarada's MS abilities is izanagi and it automatically triggered a rebirth of the 9t using Himawari's body as a vessel.
It's like the six paths power having a will of its own. The Will of Fire perhaps?

I suppose so. I didn't give it much thought but if Himawari had 9t chakra all this time how did Naruto not sense it?
There is a time span between Baryon mode and Sarada activating MS that could have given the 9t an opportunity to regenerate.
Damien could sense it for a brief moment.
But the symbol on her shirt being the same pattern Sarada's MS is a hint of a connection between them.
My alternate theory is that Sarada has 1 - 8 tails and Himawari has the 9 tails.
The sharingan is the eye of the ten tails so her having tailed beast chakra makes sense.

Kurama hints at the possibility of her being born with some of his chakra. What's interesting is the reference to the uzumaki and hyuga bloodlines.

It doesn't seem similar to me or even relevant... While she may become jinchuriki or not, the flower on her shirt should not be anything to do with it. It's just a design on a child's clothes... Just my two cents.

( I have not read the manga in ages but based on the information here, I do not see the connection)

It's just a coincidence? Hima's shirt has an eight petal flower and Sarada's MS has eight triangles. That alone isn't much but Sarada wants to follow in Naruto's footsteps. Now that we know Hima and Kurama are linked the small coincidence is a big hint because Sarada's connection to tailed beast chakra is more like Hagoromo's who created them. It is likely that the other tailed beasts regenerate within her. Maybe even the 9t also.
