Is Hidan the Strongest Nin Kidomaru can beat?

I personally never understood why or how Hidan was the slowest of the Akatsuki to be fair haha, like slower than Sasori somehow...? For what reason?

Hidan is not the slowest. He never said he was. He was talking about his scythe's attack speed from a distance. He was capable of pressuring Kakashi and Asuma the latter while dodging Shikamaru's shadow possession.

Hidan is much much faster than Kidomaru. Though it is a terrible match up for him he can outlast.
