is Hidan coming back?

since hidan is immortal, does anyone think that Kabutos and Madaras minions will bring him back from his hole? I think its possible, but at the same time, shikamaru mentioned something special about the forest he was in. I'm not sure or not, thats why im asking you guys, and to see if anyone has a different theory.

Shikamaru used the shadow imitation technique to capture Hidan.
Thereafter he ran to the forest with Hidan still captured in his shadow jutsu.
This "allowed" Hidan to enter the forest per se.
