Is hebi Sasuke really stronger than a kage

Probably gonna be alone saying this but Hebi Sasuke is definitely NOT kage level strength.

I put him on par with Kakashi, probably a bit below. HEAR ME OUT BEFORE YOU JUMP ON ME THOUGH!

Reason being, every fight Hebi Sasuke won, he had a GIANT advantage.
With Orochimaru, his body was rejecting him so he wasn't even close to his full strength, on top of that Sasuke got him with a surprise attack to start the battle. Sharingan genjutsu feats in that battle were impressive though

With Deidara, Sasuke would of been dead 100 times over if he didn't have a natural affinity to the one element that counters and nullifies Deidara's bombs. He was literally the WORST possible matchup for Deidara, yet he barely escaped with his life even with that giant advantage. He showed impressive smarts though-out the entire battle though.

With Itachi, he was already dying and resolved himself to die to Sasuke's hand. Even towards the beginning of the battle it was made obvious that Itachi wasn't close to his prime yet he still defeated and sealed Orochimaru's giant snake form while also having the opportunity to kill Sasuke at the end.

So I'll stand by my belief that hebi Sasuke is no greater than A-rank, and would get fodder stomped by ANY kage (keep in mind he struggled mightly even with his mangekyou sharingan and assistance from his team and zetsu at the kage summit, plus him and Kakashi were fighting on basically even footing at that point even with his susano'o)

you're definitely not alone on that opinion. I can't ever buy Hebi Sasuke being Kage lvl by a long shot either.

Tobi saved him when Onoki trapped Sasuke in that Dust Particle Jutsu

He also couldn't beat Killer Bee without getting saved

This thread is full of Sasuke wank but I think you're pretty far off the mark. Sasuke was training and trying out new moves with the kages. The raikage I believe could have won if not for his emotions at that time. If he'd just kept busting up susanoo (assuming Sasuke keeps his susanoo at ribcage level), the raikage could take Sasuke down in my opinion, but he didn't. That kick that the raikage was going to try to deliver would definitely have been tanked and he would be killed by those enton spikes. That ribcage susanoo tanked liger bomb while the raikage's kick was stopped by sand. Also keep in mind Sasuke had access to his full skeleton susanoo and was waiting to test it out (Jugo's words) so even if the ribcage couldn't handle it (which I think it could), he could just put up the full skeleton susanoo for more defense. Either way, the raikage dies but only due to his stupid choice of action.

I think that that MS Sasuke has an answer to Ohnoki: amaterasu. However, getting caught by particle style would be the end of him. The problem is he was running very low on chakra at these points. He definitely overworked himself. I think MS Sasuke could take on kages 1v1 but not several at a time or one right after another.

On to Killer Bee, this fight isn't a fair comparison at all. This is his first fight with MS, no curse mark, damaged from his Itachi fight, no susanoo or kagutsuchi, and he is not allowed to kill Bee (this means no amaterasu until the stakes are high because he didn't know he could turn it off). With susanoo, I believe he could take down Bee and with no restrictions on killing Bee, amaterasu would really harm him if Sasuke just lets it spread.

To answer the OP, Hebi Sasuke is kage level, but not really a high tier. Sure, he has impressive kage-level feats but I wouldn't say he's high tier because he wouldn't do so well against other kage at that point in my opinion.

Hebi Sasuke is not all that powerful compare to the kage. In a 1v1 he has a nice chance to beat Mei and Garra but overall no unless he has them gathered up and release kirin.

Being Kage is supremely overrated. Yes, Hebi Sasuke was Kage level. There are a bunch of shinobi that are Kage level. It isn't that special

Lmao at your definition of fodder someone who's immortal for a whole 10 minutes is not a fodder by any means ninja battles go quickly and sussano hurts ever cell of your body an inexperienced ms sasuke held it for the whole fight which is long af in ninga time not only did he have immortality he had literally been appointed hokage you cant be fodder and touch that seat

He's easily Kage level the hell are you talking about? Who else you know developed an attack that uses lightning and ones own nature and is so powerful it only can be used once at a time? Who else you now can come back and kick bee's ass after he's so sure that he had you? Who else you know suppress half of Kurama's chakra in three tomoe sharingan?

Obito controlled full kurama with 3 Tomoe. That shit sasuke did don't mean shit compared to that. Plus kurama was locked up there's a limit to how much chakra that can leak out.
