I say the kid is probably smart or leaning towards it. He has answered above 50% correctly and still fresh into high school. But depends on the test. This reminds me of the ACT I just took at school got a 19.52 some kids got in the 30s I feel so dumb.

Average for now. If it's design by kids out of high school, it's probably testing what's learned throughout high school.

But even then test don't always equate to intelligence, unless it's just book smarts.
