Other Uchiha have taken on other uchiha in a 1v1.

If you want you could probably count haku as beating sasuke.

You could also probably count shisui losing to Danzo, but that could just be shisui not wanting to start a fight with an extremely high up person in the city.

Orochimaru beat Sasuke to put a curse mark on him.

I guess you can count the Minato vs Tobi fight as well. Though Minato did end up dying, though not directly because of the fight.
