He has a similar skin tone to Bee, who is widely accepted as black. Then again, he looks native american to me.

I don't think bee's black, however Darui, and a lot of other cloud ninja are. I believe the raikage may be too.

Alright, I like that better. You're absolutely right. Race isn't yet created within the Narutoverse, but we can surely identify the people within the manga with our real life standards, can we not?

Nah the closest thing to race in the manga is Leaf shinobi or cloud shinobi. Thats the only way we should judge these characters.

There is a distinction between the many different types of East Indians.

There are clearly just tan, Caucasion ones within still and there ones mixed in with the Negroid race of Africa. Hashirama lacks any Negroid features.
