He is not a sensor, but they are ninja; their perception and awareness can be far above a regular human's.
Plus he was fighting side by side with a hidden mist jutsu user; and Zabuza trained him in in many skills so he is experienced at reacting quick even what he can't see.
About first 3 and last 2 scans; they might be related to his bonds with Zabuza and his concerns. It can be a Zabuza-specific thing that developed by having instinct due to his bonds, concerns and eagerness to protect.
If all 3 of those instances were just Haku's perception, then it doesn't make much sense to me why she got by Naruto's shuriken

when she has already 'perceived' and countered much more difficult attacks.
It could just be a bond shared with Zabuza, but I'm not so sure. They look more like sensor feats to me, tbh. Being able to deduce Zabuzas sense of urgency from 20+ meters away without being able to see what is exactly happening as well as combating with Naruto at the same time is a little hard for me to call perception.
To me that didn't seem like awareness like other people are saying, this was probably sensory but early stages because kishi had not really dealt with characters like that early in the manga. So i think it was sensory. No amount of awareness is capable with no sound and vision, when the attacker is not attacking you but another ninja from a considerable distance.
Basically, my thoughts exactly.
