The only ones that can get powerups (and still make sense) is Madara (given he's revived) and Hashi. The other three are fodder at this point (sorry).

He may share his chakra so that Hokages can use their techniques enhancing them with Hermit energy , that would make them able to attack Kaguya. But I don't think he is going to him him legit power ups like Naruto and Sasuke

Nope. He came from Madara who had the six paths chakra from when he became a Juubi jin, not from Hashi. Hashi doesnt have Ashura's chakra anymore.

I think the sage is only going t explain to them about the current situation and maybe help them go to the dimension where Naruto is fighting right now.

I think he might give them access to their full powers since they are edo tenseis and were only brought back at almost full power which can mean anywhere from 60%-90% their power but as we saw when edo Madara was revived, he showed much greater speed than edo Madara and Hashirama stated Madara got his old powers back.

Only powerup I can see coming is if he turns Hiruzen into his prime and gave Minato back his arm while giving them access to their full powers. At least Kishi answered my "why Tobirama doesn't just use edo tensei?", just never had him do it, should have sacrifice a mini Juubi haha!

Hes going to help revive madara either in edo form(most likely) since he hasnt really been confirmed dead yet technically speaking, or be revived as normal.

Then hagoromo is going to have a similar talk with hashi and madara as he did with naruto and sasuke, madaras going to probably at this point help defeat kaguya as what it seems per most recent chapter
