Is goku the Strongest Anime character

Kami Tenchi is an extraterrestial god who exists on a plane of multi-dimensions outside of the universe, multiverse, and time. He created the multiverse, and theoretically in Tenchi Muyou's fiction, the omniverse. He is functionally omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. He is physically, as durable as the reality he so created, though he is not physical. He exists on the astral plane and is abstract and noncorporeal, a mere concept. His durability is considered over 99.9% of fiction, as well as his might. Simply him in his human projection nearly destroyed multiple super universes upon one another. Gods could not figure him out.
I'm not going to bother reading the other post, just going to drop a little logic and be on my way.
When it comes to the Spirit Bomb, how much power can be gathered? Against Vegeta, Goku drew from Earth. Against Frieza, Namek's solar system. Against Buu, the galaxy. It's been said that he can draw from the entire universe.
When Goku fought Android 13, he gathered a Spirit Bomb, absorbed it, and used the power to destroy the android.
If Goku was to draw power for a Spirit Bomb from the entire universe, and absorb it, he couldn't be topped. This is because he could literally control almost all of the energy contained in the DBZ Universe, and use it to boost his own power to a point that SS God would look like a joke.

In the cannon material, Goku never reaches a state where he can blend Omnipotence and pure power like he had in GT. So, no. Vegito is clearly the strongest character in the series.
If we include anime, maybe. But Omnipotence alone is a useless battle-add on for Goku. That, and I don't include non-cannon shit wannabe's like Gogeta, all of GT, Bills, ETC.

goku is human and thus has limits of any mortal. theres dozens of anime characters who can wipe him out with a thought.

I think DB has the most powerful cast in general, I mean most of them can blow up a planet by breaking wind, how many other manga's can say that? :bouncy:

Hmmm true, but that fact still stands, how many other Manga's have characters that strong, I mean Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks...it was sad in Dragonball though how in the end only the Saiyans where effectually stong, a miss step on Akira Toriyama's part I think...
