nah bro, Genma hasn't shown his newly practiced FTG Toothpick Technique. It enables him to use FTG on his toothpick, which it allows the toothpick to travel from A to B, without any seals or anything. It's just whatever Genma wants. Thus, Genma uses it to pluck out Sasuke's EMS. Genma literally no difficulty.
