To answer your question: I honestly don't think so. It is pure chakra, I doubt a Genjustu could do it. It hasn't shown any intelligence unlike the other Bijuu, which leaves me to think it'd be like any other animal.

I don't think so....Juubi is a massive amount of chakra and it's consisted of many tailed beasts that had their own consiousness before merging...So I don't think genjutsu can affect it...
