Let me explain....

First, Hollywood Videos was closed, my main video game rental hub. I dusted myself off, and just went to Blockbuster. Now that's closed! So now I have nowhere to rent games. Gamefly looks appealing, but will I have to wait a long time? (I live 30 min. away from LA, its main delivery center) I\Is it worth it? If not, why and give me another option.

i live in sacramento and i say its not worth it one the price is too expensive (one game from them is about the price of 3 movies from netflix) plus it is so much slower than netflix i get a two shipments of netflix and return them in the time it takes gamefly to get me one game just not worth it

i feel its totally worth, is it pricier than netflix yes, however compared to the price of the cost of a game its worth it. They charge about 16$ a month for one game if you figure that the avarage game depending on system costs about $60 it pays off around the fourth or fifth game rental, which otherwise you would have to payed for and if they sucked you may end up being stuck with, if you think you would play more than four games a year then yeah go for it (it does take a little longer than netflix to get the game, but its usually worth it)

Wait, this is probably a stupid question, but Netflix does games too?

Where you live to have blockbuster closed? Compared to Blockbuster its a good deal because now BB charge on credit card for no damn reason. I guess they got tired of getting robbed. But anyway price wise it's a very good deal. I wouldn't try it with Pc games though...wasted a month because the game i had needed a CD key and they didn't send it.

So, thanks everyone for your responses. I think I'll just go to Gamestop FOR NOW. (I wanted Portal 2 anyway! :D) Please, this thread is still open, but I'm just giving my conclusion. Bloody Reconciliation comes out at 10:00 pm (GMT) . Where I am, that's 3:00 PM. See ya there!
