Is gaiden sasuke now more powerful than prime madara uchiha?

The reason I ask this is because he seems so plus during the war as orochimaru watched sasuke in action he himself in his own words said that one day sasuke WILL surpass madara uchiha.

P.S I also believe that if gaiden sasuke faced prime madara 1v1,sasuke would win easily and give madara a lot of trouble because of what he's capable of now(thanks to hagoromo sharing his chakra/powers) and he could easily wipe the floor with madara several times over.

I have to say a strong NO. Oro did say that EVENTUALLY and even Tobirama commented on the topic in an indirect manner.

Wipe the floor with Madara several times over? Absolutely not. (It should be noted I am neither a Sasuke or Madara fan)

Madara toyed with every opponent and oppenent(s) that he faced. The only battle I can think of where we actually get a look at Madara seemingly giving it his all was against Hashi @ the Valley of the End.

Also - you wrote "Prime Madara"....What would you consider Madara at his "Prime"? There are too many factors and forms and/or added AKA enhanced versions of both (Both had different sage/senjutsu enhancements given - or taken in Madara's case - but neither really has a "Sage Mode" per say).

Madara's battle intelligence/strategic advantage alone is so far ahead of Sasuke's and that is one of the most underrated abilities that is not discussed as much as things such as Jutsu(s), Dojutsu, etc...
