damn right gaara is strong ..... and yes he is stronger now then he was in part 1 even without shukaku because gaara never used shukaku anyways apart from in part 1 so now he doesnt have to worry about his chakra running low so much as to keep back the shukaku

Of course Garra is stronger in Shippuden then part 1, he never really used it to aid him. Yes he may have gained an OP chakara boost but that was really him being manipulated.
