Ok, so he wouldn't be Kage in another village.
I think you are wrong. In Konoha I think Gaara would be chosen over Kakashi. Kakashi wouldn't have been elected Kage, it would have become Gaara.
Instead of A: I don't think Bee would be chosen as he's a Junchuuriki so again, I would say Gaara might get the position.
Tchuzi: Think Gaara would make a better Kage.
If I took what you said incorrectly I'm sorry. But you really really seemed to be saying Gaara is only Kage cause his village is weak. I disagree.

Gaara is kage level. But he wouldnt be the kage of another village.
Anyway he might stand a great chance of being kage of mist and possibly rock village, although that is debatable

Don't really get why you said he wouldn't be able to be Kage in another village and are now saying that he might be.
Gaara is obscure and under-rated. There is a very good reason that he's been elected to guide the entire Shinobi army(which is kinda like leading all 5 lands), it's because he has shown the wisdom and skills to be able to do so.
Saying he doesn't have what it takes to be voted Kage in any of the other lands is odd knowing this. You don't think?

In case, you make all shinobis under one global village, out of the 5 kages, only one will be Kage.
Fact is all other will be underlings but that doesn't decrease their strength, impact nor abilities. They remain Kage level.
Naruto is genin, Saskue got rogue at genin but heck, that doesn't make them less strong than others. Why are you bent to devaluate Gaara by comparing him?

Im not trying to undermine gaara in anyway. Just believe the sand is the weakest village and thats why he is the kazekage

Gaara was basically second in commant of all 5 Kages in the war. He's able to be Kage in most villages...IMO

I think Gaara would have kazekage candidacy or office even if there were other strong shinobi. I agreed with you before, but your wording in this post does make it sound like you're undermining him.

Gaara is clearly on equal footing with the other 4 Kages. This is without question.
Strength-wise, Gaara was Chunin-Jounin level in part 1 for god sakes.
If he's only Jounin level, then does it make sense that Temari, Kankuro, or Neji could beat him? Could Kakashi, Gai, or Yamato for that matter beat him as well? Absolutely not.
Gaara's powers and potential far exceed theirs. It's the reason he is as strong as he is, and it's why he was elected as Kazekage.

Gaara and his siblings are the only strong living suna ninja that we know well. Suna is the weakest village for sure but Gaara is still kage level, he beat his dad and helped beat the 2nd mizukage and Muu ( half) and now helping fight madara, although he couldn't beat mizukage or Muu solo and of course not madara. But he stopped A and,sasukes attacks easily

i always thought that he was the worse ninja but its because of his fighting style, he doesnt fight like a ninja he fights like mike tyson he was to kill you immediately, so yeah he is at kage level

If you were to take him out of the sand and place him in cloud he wouldnt be the leader. He would be kage level, but his rank would be jonin.

Blaze Brah U serious??? its garra of course hes kage level his feats during the war prove this. Sure if he was from another village he wouldn't be kage. But i sure as hell rather him them than temari or kankuro. heck i would prefer chiyo's corpse rather than those two. But im sure blaze wouldn't make such a statement. Did u twist his words??

I'm not sure I know of any village that has a jounin that is on Gaara's level(unless Bee is classified as a jounin). Gaara is most definitely on the kage level and I personally have him ranked as the 3rd strongest of the kages behind A and Onoki. And he's far ahead of the other 2 simply based on feats.
