Both are around equal in terms of power if we're talking about Sage Mode Rasenshuriken. Amaterasu has an advantage over FRS, but that just makes it the winner in a hypothetical clash, not superior.

I agree but just to be sure none of Raikages running speed is "regular" in his lightning cloak. To me he's basically always shunshuning because his every movement has bijuu level chakra. I guess what I'm trying to say is if he were to run at full speed he has to shunshin by default because the form allows no less.
Well thats why Sasuke had to get ems to have that kind of mastery over it. Its too powerful to just hand it all at once. By the time he got that power ninja have surfaced that can counter it.
