I like it for me the anime is really good, and when your finished with that the manga art is very well drawn also. I like the powers they have and because of the way the story is set out the posibilities of could happen are almost endless.

Lots of fights, comedy, main characters are over powered and you always know they are going to win.

So if you want lots of action and comedy go for it. If you want story, look elsewhere.

Imo its a good anime/manga. It's a very light hearted anime/manga where friends are hanging out and doing missions together and such. If I were you I wouldn't take Fairy Tail seriously, it is more enjoyable that way.

I used to praise this shit 24/7. Then I started comparing it to Naruto and other anime, and I realized that FT isn't as good as I thought.

The anime itself for FT is pretty decent with solid animations, a fantastic soundtrack and lots of fun times. There's no blood though because supposedly that's too inappropriate, yet they'll insert panty shots every other episode and have crazy amounts of fanservice. Doesn't make much sense and it's inferior to the manga in a lot of ways.

The series has **** all for character development, the story is never too serious, etc. etc. I'd recommend it, but I wouldn't pick it over a series like Naruto.
