well theres 4 Yonkos and there's still Dragon, Garp, Kong, Akainu, Mihawk, ...

some of they just might be stronger than a Yonko, though the Yonko could still be top 4 yes, but I doubt it

well I didn't count the marines in this, and unfortunately we don't know how strong the yonkos are either... =/
