If Madara is restricted in a couple things like a couple of versions of Susano i think Sasuke takes it i mean he did land a hit on Sage Mode Madara which is pretty damn good

EMS madaras PS is many times more powerful than any susanoo sasuke could use while solo. Ameratsu wont change much here imo, EMS madara mid difficulty.

Which is more powerful, a regular PS Sword slash or the one with Enton Coating? Which would be a better EMS user, with 3 Susano'o techniques - Arrows, Magatamas, and sword - that can be used with Enton Flame as well, or two techniques - Sword and Magatama - without any Enton?

Who would be better - a user with one more EMS Doujutsu, or a user that doesn't have an additional potent battle card? Sasuke takes EMS Madara out mid difference. If it's the one with Kurama then Madara would take it.

He has raiton variations and kirin.
He managed to catch and stab sm madara so close fight goes in his favor too.

Ems sasuke does have PS. His enton is strong but I don't think he'll coat all his sword with enton otherwise his kyuubi susanoo would have had an enton sword. However saying madara's PS is stronger than sasuke's is neglecting all facts. Madara's only advantage is his experience and stamina.

Without PS sasuke could keep up with sm madara so he's obviously got an advantage against ems madara plus has enton so with ps restricted, sasuke is indeed stronger
