Madara wins all three. Madara was fighting in war as a kid without Sharingans (killed adult Senjus). He's skilled in all aspects such as taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, weapon usage, Shunshin, and has vast amount of experiences and knowledge. Sasuke has 1 arm and is in base so in terms of skill it's going with the one who fought many different types of strong ninjas for the majority of his life; Madara.
Madara coats Kurama with PS and destroys Sasuke's PS. Madara can use wood jutsus such as flower world which release pollen that cause you to faint, forest emergence which can crush what's in front of it, wood dragon which prevented Edo Madara from using Susanoo due to its absorbing his chakra. Wood clones which each can use Susanoo. I haven't seen Sasuke in the Bolt movie but Sasuke from Gaiden doesn't look like he can take Madara.
