Is edo Madara at full strength?

when Orochimaru brought back the 1st and the 2nd and when Kabuto brought back Deidara the 3 edo's looked all beaten up and had cracks in their faces, then they put those tags in their heads and they regenerated, do they get more powerful when this happens? does that mean edo Madara still isn't at his full power?
help me out here.

They don't get more powerful. They keep their personalities and are still under Kabuto's complete control unlike Orochimaru's which completely destroyed their personalities. I think Kabuto also refered to him being able to control an even larger army. I don't think any of the forms of Edo Tensei had influence on power of the people brought back.

different tags have different degrees.where did you find that. I mean why would kabuto give them the full power tag. I think diedara just lost cause of plot no jutsu and not because of his tags.

Madara is actually STRONGER than he was when he was alive, so no he's not at 'Full Power'... He's beyond it.

As for the cracks etc... As said above, they mimic a sort of, zombie look to the characters... And the tags that Orochimaru used removed their personality so they would follow his orders and kill Hiruzen... Where as Kabuto can literally control them completely like puppets.
