Dust release is jinton and we have seen a lot feats from it.

It didnt work on Madara because he had preta path which absorbs ninjusutu.

dude,it disntegrated 25 legged susanos, not to mention it woulda destroyed an island, look at it this way, nothing ever resisted against jinton for a sec, thats when you know it is untankable, nothing hit by it resists and takes longer to disintegrate
