im gonna say no. he saw the susan'o pulling the bow back so he kind of knew what was coming. A's movements don't give anything away as to what he is about to do. i still think he would beat A in a fight though

since when is sussano arrow instant or faster then amaterasu?

sussano arrow travels to where the user is aiming at its ligting fast but its not instant kakashi wouldnt of have been able to kamui it if it was.

amaterasu appears on whatever the user has in their sharigan sight.thats instant.

A is obviously faster and has dodged amatersasu which is faster than susanoo arrows. Also A's speed is hyped more than Kabuto's. The only disadvantage is that A is not a sensor.
