Is Dr. Doom strong like Itachi ?

I've noticed that Dr. Doom has a small fanbase here on NB so I decided to bring this discussion up. For those of you that don't know who Dr. Doom is i've provided a recent official photo that i found.

I believe that one of Dr. Doom's jobs is a spokesman for the LGBT Community, but I haven't been able to accurately confirm this yet.

I made a small list of Dr. Doom's feats in order to compare him to Itachi.

Dr. Doom

Has a mask with a few dents.

Wears green spandex or is it nylon ?

Owns a lot of lotion, but constantly denies it.

Goes on hunting trips for new "Male" friends.

I'm not sure if I can really compare Dr. Doom to Itachi since I'm not entirely about Dr. Dooms feats. If someone has anymore feats that I left out please add them.

So far Itachi is miles ahead in the "manly" department, but i don't think that Dr. Doom would really care that he's losing.

Itachi might have been one of Dr. Doom's many victims from those "hunting" trips that Dr. Doom would go on nightly.

totsuka has zero speed feats given its only ever hit stationary targets. doom is fast enough to go toe to toe with iron man and defeat him, and beat up hulk.
he can absorb energy, create mystical shields (doom's magic > totsuka's sealing spell), has advanced sensors in his armor, and various gadgets and weapons who can oneshot itachi.

I don't think that Dr. Dooms magic lotion barrier would do a lot against the Totsuka blitz.

why not when doom has taken blasts from galactus and still remained alive due to said shields?
