DMS Obito is the strongest character in NV. Phasing through shit while snipping heads and chilling out in his own personal dimension when he wants to.....nothing comes even close.

Jinchuriki Obito is not top 3, he comes after Kaguya, Hagaromo and Jinchuuriki Madara.

And I would say he is even debetable against Sasuke and Naruto, plus that's not counting villian from Boruto film, Momoshinki is his name I think(?)

So someone weaker than Jinchuuriki Obito can't be a top 3, when even his stronger form isn't.

i'd say maybe Top 10 somewhere. I can't say for any kind of certainty that DMS Obito should be put anywhere ahead of Naruto, Sasuke, or Madara.
