not sure he can go intangible and kamui snipe at the same time even if he had two eyes. Plus the reason Obito as a whole was so powerful was because he also had hashirama's chakra, Madara's chakra (when he got the rinnegan) and rikudou senjutsu (when he became the juubi's host).

Kamui is the best MS tech, but obito's success with it isn't just because of his MS.
