I'm sure Madara didn't want to be controlled. He only used it when absolutely needed. Tobirama had no risk of being restricted or attacked before your panel, so of course he didn't use it.

Try and keep up lol. You said it was stronger. I was simply saying it alone could not defeat juubito. sasuke he needed alot of help. I am saying why couldn't he phase. He didn't in that form but he also was outclassed. Naruto hit him with rasengan you referred to because he was teleported there by the 2nd.... but why would he just "lose his ability" that is illogical to me.

well technically he can cancel Kamui, just because Juubito can't phase due to massive Juubi mass does not mean that he has lost control over other aspects of Kamui....e.g Full body teleportation(like Madara) , Kamui cancellation.

Its a tough one to call, might be a stalemate. Juubito definitely has more raw power but DMS Obito is kinda too broken to deal with.

i believe juubito can cancel a kamui snap even if he cannot face himself, the same way 1 ms obito canceled kamui snap when kakashi was trying to decapitate the gedo statue, so kamui snap wouldnt work on him, but definetly dms obito has a faster and more powerful kamui

Let's be honest, Host Obito can use Kamui but just not phasing ability.

Considering at that time Obito had only one MS eye for close range warp, As shown against Madara goudama's speed > close range Kamui's warp, simple as that

It is safe to assume that Juubito's flying/moving speed was simply supperior to close range warp of Kamui or simple Kamui(One eye that it). That why Kishi didn't bother to explain if Juubito can use Kamui warp or no, if it was case where Obito had both MS eyes then it would be another story.

Considering Obito was able to cancel long range Kamui warp(aka snipe) from Kakashi with his own other eye before we can assume Kamui is rendered useless. The only advantage DMS Obito would have is staying intangible to phase through attacks, so finally it would come to either if Juubito can strike faster then phasing ability react or who can outlast another, and surely having Juubi amount of chakra at disposal it is obvious who the winner is.

Kamui shurikens would be avoided or canceled out with chakra arms just like Kakashi has done against Kaguya.

Conclusion: Juubito wins it more times then DMS Obito with Rikudou chakra.
