Is Deidara related to Onoki?

i was just wondering because Kurotsuchi sometimes calls him "Bro Deidara" and Kurotsuchi is Onoki's granddaughter right? and when kabuto and deidara were fighting onoki, he talked to deidara like he used to know him. are thwy related or did they know eachother maybe??

im currently trying to find the manga page or some kind of other proof and as soon as i do, i will edit this
