Another tard like KingHashirama who goes on portrayal and such lmao Hebi Sasuke can beat Tsunade. How does Tsunade beat Deidara before he goes into the air? She won't blitz him if someone faster like Hebi Sasuke wasn't able to. We've already seen in the Madara vs Gokage fight that Tsunade's speed is comparable to the Raikage's, who's also comparable to Minato, the fastest character in the series. She can beat him thanks to her speed. Also, in case that by some stupid plot doesn't work, she has Katsuyu to help herself climb to Deidara.

Tsunade is slower than Sasuke, let alone A. She never displayed high level Shunshin like Sasuke did, and Databook proves it with its stats.

I can't tell for sure, but I do believe that Tsunade has matching speed with Ay and Sasuke. I remember Madara admitting it by saying "She's slower than Raikage but more powerful than him" which shows that her speed was comparable with Ay's by Madara.

I dont see how it proves anything, considering that Madara wasnt specific. Tsunade was never some speed monster.

I know, but we merely seen her fight so it's not like she had many fights in which she was seen slow. Plus that Byakogu might have added some bonus speed (don't blame me if she hadn't had it activated already, I don't remember well the scene). I'm going to stick to what Madara meant. I'm sure he's aware of a Raikage's inhuman speed.

As much as i like Deidara; i don't put him in the high kage tier.

It is true that he is one of the rare village busters who are not in the rating of Demi God; but that is not the sole thing to gauge someone's abilities since ninja have different aspects of usages and fighting attiributes. Some people are better at 1 vs 1 while others are better at group figths against multiple opponents. Some people are good as capturing others are at killing. Assasins' power can't be measured by open brawl fights since it is not their forte.

I don't believe in this tier thing much either tbh. As i said people are powerful in different spectrums. But if i would say something; he would be mid-kage imo. He can be one of the 2 or 3 Akatsuki who has a village busting attack; but he is probably the only Akatsuki who lacks defensive techs or physical durability to take some attacks in comparasion.
