The greatest among these animes that have less than 100 episodes ?

I'll have to say yes U_U . Death Note was my second Anime I've watched when I got into Anime and Manga , the first was Naruto . For me it's still the greatest short anime .

What do you think ?

I've never seen the anime but I've read the manga in it's entirety.

It's really good, but I've seen some epic under 100 episode animes.​

Any story regardless of how long it is should stick to rule
Tell the story then get out.

Its the rule that TV never follows and that is why most shows fall victim to be cancelled or being remembered poorly even if the show was overall deemed "great"

Most shows fall victim to dragging it on or in anime's case they slow it down and it gets dumped on by fillers that can ruin its reputation.


Anime that end it when it clearly needs to end or adds fillers that fills in info that is either crucial or interesting instead of just buying time or expanding the universe for no discernible reason are the ones that shine the most.

Death note is one of the best animes/mangas ever made in history of mankind hands down.

Don't know much about other anime cuz i didn't watched enough but those which i have watched have ranking like this :-
1. Naruto/Naruto shippuden
2. Accel world
3. Hell girls : three vessels (haven't watched 1st and 2nd season)
4. Tonari no kaibutsu-kun (My little monster)
5. One piece (but didn't watched in a while)

No, it's not. It's good if you've seen it one time only. After, it gets pretty normal. There are other anime way better U_U

death note is no. 1 anime for me so far..! 2nd is code geass and third is naruto....!

Nah Fullmetal alchemist: brotherhood is better. Death Note is top 3 though.
