Idk he could be, his proficient in blade use, and he has legendary black lightning. He seems good with it, but I havent seen speed feats or anything extraordinary

That just means he's good. S rank is completely different. We haven't seen any feats other than intelligence and you could count black lightning

He's more of an elite Jonin, so matter of fact yeah he would be s-Rank.

He would be S-Rank because of his unique abilities, Storm Release and Black Lightning.

If Kakashi were to abandon the Leaf, than he would be considered a S-Rank missing Nin as well don't get it twisted!

1000+ jutsu and Kamui would make any shinobi S-Rank.

Darui is an Elite Jonin, with an S-Rank technique in Black Lightning.He's close to S-Rank but his current level is probably A-Rank.I do think he has the capability to be an S-Rank Shinobi with his large chakra reserves, variation in ranges of his techniques, and his Kekkei Genkei.

doesnt fit in? he couild beat deidara, kisame with extremely high diff, hidan, possibly sasori and kakuzu
