Is Darui overrated, underrated, or nothing?

I feel as if some people think that Darui is such a beast and is I think a General of a company for a reason. But I also feel as if he is paid no mind or just there, like with the battle with Sasuke, he was fighting alondside Raikage. I just thought that he was just some side character who is averagly strong, but it became a thought when he was placed in charge of a company. That's when I thought that he has to be a leader for a reason. So what do you guys think? No flamming please

He was fighting Suigetsu back at the Five Kage Summit and he beat him, and his Black Panther jutsu used to belong to the 3rd Raikage, which gives him somewhat the same potential as Ohnoki.

As you can probably tell, I am a Darui fanboy. I am awaiting Storm 3 currently for the sole purpose of playing as him. He is my favorite character in all of Naruto along with Kakashi. However, I do not call him "Lord Darui" "Darui-Sama" "Darui Savior of all Shinobi" or "Darui the Great Awesome sauce Ninja of the Ninja World". I know his strengths, I know his weakness and I compare him with others accordingly

Yes. I think most people underrate him - he'd probably be raikage if A wasn't there.
