Is Danzo afraid of Hiruzen?

I was just wondering after we got to see all Kakashi's fillers then I was just thinking that Danzo often had the chance to kill Hiruzen out of guard like when he did to Shisui and stolen his eyes ( Shisui could have won that fight but Danzo got backup )..

There is some few option to that :

1. If Danzo killed Hiruzen then a lot of people would have went after him, and maybe he is afraid of that.

2. He might be afraid that Hiruzen would have fodderized him into pieces even Danzo got behind him.


Any thoughts?
