Is Dan's Reika no Jutsu really dangerous?

Once Dan activates this jutsu I don't there is anyway of countering him, unless you happen to know a high level barrier jutsu or sealing jutsu then it should work.

But the chances of catching him in it is slim.

Also this jutsu by far is really impossible to counter attack. Since you can't use physical attacks on a spiritual being.

How do you counter Reika no Jutsu once he possess you?

Killing the body is kinda pointless. Seeing how Dan still flew to Tsunade despite his edo body (Which isn't real in the first place) fluttering away.

It's pretty strange that Dan can kill others in that form but others can't kill him. I imagine quick speed and striking the main body would do the trick since he should feel pain from there regardless of his ghost form.
