[Discussion] Is Crocdile dislike fishman?

This page has some pretty interesting dialogue, I think Oda put it there for a reason. He could've had any other character say it, or just leave it out since this isn't the first time we've seen fishman communicate with fish, but rather he decided to leave it in... not to mention their opposing natures/habitats, water and desert. He spoke of their [what one would think] common ability as something abnormal, and if I had to decipher the look on his face, I'd say rather unimpressed, or 'meh'-y. He even refers to his kind as '...wild people'.

It seems that Jimbei is either choosing to ignore that behavior because he's been a victim of way worse, or actually taking that as a compliment. Which I doubt.

What do you think of this?

OT:
He was just expressing a common opinion of Fishmen through out the world. It can be taken as foreshadowing of FI main conflict not necessarily he is a victim of anything. Plus he is a pirate so he is like a d-bag. Him being rude and condescending is what makes him a croc of shit
