the body and soul doesn't belong to the human but to god who created it. so it is only god that has the right to take life out of the body and no one else.

But are they though?

We allow people to kill us all the time. Hospitals, military, prison, gangs, tricks(***** lovers), etc..

All are consensual adults besides the gang and ***** bit mehbeh1

Care to give examples of those?

If by hospital, and you mean assistant suicide or whatever, then no I'm not referring to them.

It depends some arent in their right mind survivors of attempted suicides have regreted their attempts while those that didnt did it on their own this its my body i will do what i want mantra some cling to yes its your body and what you do is of your own voilation but there is an extention of what you cant do like you cant have someone assist in your suicide or it instantly becomes homocide meaning said person is liable for prison time so your selfish request causes them to lose 20 to 30 years of their lives because nikki wanted to die but couldnt and had jake kill her no amount of paper work will convice the authoritys otherwise because such things have been used by killers trying to escape being prosecuted
well i think whether or not someone is in a right state of mind when they make that choice is their own to decide, and i wouldnt deny someone their right just because i felt they were wrong
and as far as assisted suicide goes im aware its illegal currently like you described but i dont think it should be. assisted suicides should be legal they should just be required to have proper documentation, notarized consent forms, and an impartial court appointed witness to regulate the actual legality of the act.
thats not the way it currently is but in my ideal government thats how it would be treated

It is regulated its called euthanasia which is done in every hospital and only done when you are suffering great pain and no person in their right mind should be allowed to kill themselves when you have a family member attempt such a thing i dont doubt your tune will change very quickly

im aware, i said that in my first post

actually i have had people close to me choose to end their own lives and i still feel this way, it was their decision and although im not happy about it it was their decision to make, not mine and i can respect that
emotions shouldnt effect the legality of someones choices it should only effect their decision making process. you should legally be allowed to both receive and preform assisted suicides without medical necessity as long as both parties involved document their consent.
i can totally understand why you would disagree, youve clearly attached yourself emotionally to the issue and thats completely okay and justified, but id rather think about this logically than emotionally.
its every persons right to end their own life upon request

Documentation can be forged easily so its not the most practical idea ether way

again, i suggested not only notarized documentation but also a court appointed witness, which would ensure the legallity of the whole thing and those are just my ideas im sure it could be better thought out.
