Is COD Ghost really worth it ?

IDK I'm getting tired of the COD series, it's basically the same game with different guns and now new features. I think ima go with BF4 this year

It's a COD game. So no. No it isn't. Just play whatever COD you bought two years ago. It's the same thing. You'll have to make due without the ability to lean on walls but you can't miss a feature that isn't actually needed anyway.
