Dude is a joke and got butthurt because he couldn't kill Itachi so he tried to settle for Sasuke, his younger brother. Hell, even Frieza from DBZ shits on this fodder snake pile of piss, and he actually went out with a bang. Merciless, killing planets , and even his own men who acted out.
Stop sticking in this one realm pathway of the Naruto world and actually look at other shit because if you think Orochimaru is the best villain of all anime then you are either a huge fanboy of this series or you have no idea how a real villain acts.
