Manga scans would be out this Wednesday = WSJ Issue would be out next Monday
Manga scans would be out this Tuesday (or Monday night) = WSJ Issue would be out this Saturday (because of Holiday or Event)

Since this issue is 21 pages from a SJ event, does this mean SJ are the opes who divide the chapters not Kishi? I've started to suspect this, because sometimes I feel that a chapter would be better if the end was the begining of the next chapter like how the end of 645 should have been with the God tree.

Its not a holiday break, its a Japanese event so the chapter will be 21 pages, but as to a release date, right now its Wednesday like usual until/if they announce an early release.

Actually I heard it would be a Tuesday release this week as well, it said that last week and this week would have Tuesday releases, I didn't pay any attention to it until the chapter came out early last week.

It's not a break, we'll have early release like last week, on top of that the chapter will be extra 21 pages, instead of the normal 15-16, because of that holiday.
