Is chakra a kind of nutrient?

1. We know that Chakra basically originated from Chakra fruit which Kaguya ate.. So chakra was present in concentrated form in the "fruit" like vitamins and minerals are present in other fruits.
2. The minerals in a fruit comes from the roots of the tree bearing it.. So, either chakra's origin is earth itself (highly unlikely) and is a mineral like salt or it is from outside space from where chakra tree came.
3. As we know that Chakra tree was feeding from the energy of earth as shown in anime.. it is very much possible tat chakra fruit came up by a mix of earthly minerals or some outer space minerals.

It also makes sense that people take in minerals in the form of fruits and become strong.. back then they became strong by having chakra(minerals).

Nah, I think there's more to chakra than being a nutrient. Your logic makes sense, but seeing as how chakra was passed down from Kaguya to her children nullifies the argument that chakra is a nutrient. Whatever chakra is, it's a completely foreign concept to earth.

Chakra is a mix of spiritual energy and physical energy, if you add nature energy the chakra is stronger.

In the anime the tree consumes the spirit and the life of animals going near the tree, and the energy of the land, to grow a fruit.
The remaining branches diffused chakra in the Earth making the vegetation revive and the humans die.
