Is Byakugan strongest Eye Technique

Could a Byakugan User (other than kaguya) be equal or greater then a rinnegan or sharingan? For example take these situations:
Hagoromo Vs Hamura
Sharingan/MS Sasuke Vs Neji

Who do you think would win? Or overall which do you prefer and think is better?

Byakugan lets you use gentle fist which is good but Kaguya is doing kaioken from DBZ

If it was just a taijutsu fight then yeah Byakugan would be better assuming they know how to use gentle fist. They could block their chakra points.

In a general battle no byakugan isn't all that great. Don't forget Kaguya has all 3 at the same time (at least I believe it's all 3, could just be Sharingan and Byakugan though)

You can't compare the sage and his brother because they have the same level of chakra (with ocular power).

Sasuke will always be greater than Neji because not only is he Indra incarnation, but his chakra is much more powerful.

Maybe Byakugan is better suited to be used with other abilities. We have Kaguya using it in conjunction with hax varied techniques. Maybe the Hyuuga fall behind Senju and Uchiha because they are taijutsu based.
