Only other shinobi that used new elements without training were Six Path Senjutsu users. Could his talent be a foreshadowing that he has RSM Naruto's affinity for elements ?

Nah, he's more like the Indra of the Hyuga clan. He'll most likely have a weaker version of Tenseigan same way Indra's Mangekyo is weaker version of Kaguya's eye.

Naruto's control over the Bijuu's comes from his Uzumaki heritage from Kushina, yes. However, you are completely misguided if you think that this point actually means anything.
Kushina had a much more potent control over Kurama, and, her vitality (or overall Uzumaki abilities) were far superior to Naruto in every shape, or form. The biggest example, since I actually need an example since you're completely slow, is Naruto not being able to survive a Bijuu extraction in the same way Kushina could.
LOL, no. Naruto's ability to use Rasengan is something out of hard work, not something given to him for genes. It's a technique you learn, not something you can do easier or nonchalant because of your genetic makeup.
Sage Mode is the same way. Plus a large reason for that is the seal Minato constructed to increase Naruto's reserves, which logically would be larger than Minato's.

After a few days of training, kid Sasuke made a fire-ball jutsu larger than his father, who is the clan leader. Fugaku was neither a genius or a prodigy like his sons.
Don't make up facts on how he became leader either. You don't know if he inherited due to being the strongest in the Clan, or because his father was a Clan leader too.

Nope, he was talking about shadow clones AND elements.
Author made him mention shadow clones to show he has naturally large chakra reserves and mention of chakra natures to show he's naturally prodigious with elements
